\par \f1 Summerville-J. B. King, Sr., 59, of Armuchee Rte. 1 Little Sand Mountain Community, died Saturday. \par Mr. King was born in Floyd County on Feb. 26, 1910 and had resided in Chattooga County for the past 44 years. He was employed by Georgia Rug Mill. \par Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Maggie Owens King; two daughters, Mrs. Violet Murdock and Mrs. Betty Youngblood, both of Armuchee Rte. 1; one son, J. B. King, Jr. of Powder Springs; foster daughter Miss Brenda Bryant of Armuchee Rte. 1; four grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Annie Mae Yarbrough of Rome and Mrs. Hattie Lee Mathis of Armuchee Rte. 1; two brothers, Eddie King of Mobile, ALa. and Arthur King of Summerville; two step-sisters and one step-brother. \par Funeral services will be held today at 3:30 p.m. in the Little Sand Mountain Baptist Church with the Rev. James Crane and Frank Lewis officiating. \par Interment was in Little Sand Mountain Cemetery. J. D. Hill Funeral Home of Summerville had charge of arrangements.
