\par \cf1\f1 Mrs. Maude F. Stephens 91, of 12 Chateau Drive, died Sunday at a Rome hospital.
\par Mrs. Stephens was born in Bartow County, Oct. 24, 1905, daughter of the late William Jeff Fountain and Ethel Callaway Fountain. She was a member of Woodlawn Baptist Church.
\par She was preceded in death by her husband, William Russell Stephens, June 4, 1975.
\par Survivors include two sons, Rufus Stephens, Rome and Bobby F. Stephens, Orlando, Fla., two daughters, Sarah Stephens Johnston and Ellen Stephens Turner, both of Rome, 11 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren.
\par Funeral services will be at 4 p.m. Tuesday at Daniel's Funeral Home with the Rev. Clyde Hampton, the Rev. Bill Adams and the Rev. Robert S. Tucker officiating.
\par Interment will be at Floyd Memory Gardens.
