\par \cf1\f1 \cf0 Oscar Larry Allen, 80, of 18 Ash St. died Sunday at his residence after a long illness. \par Mr. Allen was born in Floyd County Oct. 16, 1916, son of the late Zack Allen and Anna Johnson Allen. He was a member of Riverside Baptist Church and prior to retirement was employed by Celanese Fibers Corp. \par Survivors include his wife, Idele Rutledge Allen, to whom he was married May 26, 1962, a son, Larry Chandler Allen, Acworth, a daughter, Frances Gosnell, Rome, a sister Marian Biddle, \par Anniston, Ala, four grandchildren, a great grandchild. \par Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Jennings Heritage Chapel Funeral Home with the Rev.
