CASEY TIMELINE by Donna Parrish
It appears that two (2) Casey brothers
Robert and Isaac
came into Georgia from South Carolina between 1826 and 1831.
1834 cenus - NO Casey
In 1839 in Forsyth County there were 3 Casey marriages
Casey Barnabas Hutchens Harriet R. 02 Jan 1839
Casey Washington Casey Patsy 11 Nov 1839 (2 Casey)
(Ideas:Some of our Hutchins were around Fairplay SC in 1819,
so this might be a starting point.)
In 1840 there were 3 Casey families in Forsyth County.
All were enumerated on the same page #283.
From the other names on the page I would say they were
located in the Northeast Part of the County - what is now
the chestatee Area. At that time period to the North
would have been Lumpkin County. To the East across the river
would have been Hall County.
