Subj: [GAFORSYT-L] Offer to the list re California
Date: 12/31/01 10:21:57 AM Eastern Standard Time
From: blueoak@ix.netcom.com (ron stone)
To: GAFORSYT-L@rootsweb.com

I have been a member of this list for a while now and have had help from various members, for which I am most grateful.

Iam also a member of the GenWeb Helplist here in Sacramento.

I am offering to look up information for GAFORSYT list members here in Sacramento.
We have the California Death index ... the part that isn't on line, covering from 1905-39.

There are some newspaper archives available that cover most of the state.

There are other materials as well.

The above are statewide.

We also have the Sacramento Co records of death, marriage, etc.

This is a lunch hour activity, so it may require time to get it done, depending on the number of requests. No charge, but copy costs and postage, per usual, are helpful. Please let me know if I can be of help and Happy New Year.
