this day personally Appeared Deborah Dooly Relic of Henry Dooley (Lately
Killed by the Cherokee Indians) and Made Oath on the Holy Evangelist
of This Almighty God that in the Year one thousand seven Hundred and
Eighty Eight in the county aforesaid she the said Deborah Lost the
following Property stolen and taken A Way by the Cherokee Indians
To Wit one Brown Horse thirteen Hands three inches High Well formed
Also one Bay horse thirteen Hands and one half high six Years old
Also one sorrel Mare fourteen Hands High five Years old Also one
Black Mare thirteen Hands and a half high Seven Years old Also two
Cows killed
Sworn to this 15th of September 1795
