STATE OF GEORGIA, GRADY COUNTY
This Indenture, made and entered into the 4th. day of August in the year of our Lord, One Thousand Nine Hundred
and forty one between T. A. Johnson of the one part, and T. I. Johnson of the other part.
Witnesseth: That the party of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of One dollar and other valuable
considerations in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath granted, sold and conveyed unto the
said T. I. Johnson, his heirs and assigns, all the tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the County of Grady
as follows:
That parts of lots of land No. 30 and 31 in the 22nd District of Grady County, Ga. which lies north of a certain
branch known as Maxwell branch and east by Public road leading from Calvary south; also about one acre being west
of said road just in front of house and which is east of an old road, said parcel of land containing 125 acres, more or
less.
This deed subject to Security deed to Cairo Banking Co. dated 10-25-40.
which tract or parcel of land the said T. A. Johnson will well and truly warrant and defend from the claim of all
persons whatsoever, unto the said T. I. Johnson, his heirs and assigns, forever in fee simple.
In Testimony Whereof, The said T. A. Johnson hath hereunto set his hand and seal, the day and year above written.
