This cemetery
is located about three miles north of Whigham, GA in Grady County, near the
intersection of Trinity Rd. and Limesink Rd. To get there from Cairo, take Hwy.
84 west. Before you get to Whigham turn right at Old Hwy 84 (It turns so that
it runs parallel to Hwy. 84). Go about a half-mile to a mile and turn right
again (north) on Trinity Rd. It is about 3 miles (more or less) on the right.

* NOTE:
Bernice and Gustave D. Hudson are names I found on two stones in this cemetery
on my first trip in 1999 and, again, when I visited it in 2000. When I returned
to make this survey on 24 April, 2001, the stones were missing, though I could
see vestiges of them sticking out beneath new stones with other people's names
on them. I have no explanation as to why this happened. Perhaps some family
member put the stones there for Bernice and Gustave, assuming them to be buried
with their parents and someone later learned that they were buried elsewhere
and that the stones covered empty ground. You figure! Varick and Hayes show
them in the Knight Cemetery as does a new survey of the Knight Cemetery.
