The prayer of sundry it is ordered that the alteration of a road from Lawrenceville to Hall Court House be granted as far as to strike from the original order the words "Rueben Benson's fraction and that the original order be construed so as to run the road the nearest and best way from "Shadrack Bogan's Mill" to the Hall Co. line in a direction for the C H of that Co.

An order that the Commissioners of each district in Gwinnett be notified by Clerk of Inferior court to attend strictly to their duties in their districts to have the roads cleared and put to good order by the next COO or they will be dealt with as the law directs.
