Downtown Buchanan Revitalization (DBR) exists to
analyze and improve the public sphere in the City of
Buchanan, particulary the quality and quantity of
economic activity, by using the strategies of historic
preservation, business retention, finance and economic
development. It seeks not only short-term betterment,
but works to lay an enduring foundation for a bright future.
