The petition of Joseph Attaway assignee
I herewith that Michael Borders in his life time made & executed by bond to
Woodson Roberts or John Roberts to make titles to a certain tract or parcel
lying & being in the County of Elbert on the Beaverdam Creek adjoining John
Albreton's & Cameron's land containing two hundred acres more or less, a copy
which bond is hereunto annexed, the same being Indorsed to Peter Williams & by
the said Peter Assigned to your petitions. And your petitioner states that the
said Michael departed this life without executing title to said tract of land he
therefore prays that the Executors of said Michael may be directed to execute to
your petitioner the said title agreeably to Said bond & the statute in such case
made & provided & as in duty bound your petitioner will ever pray &c?

I Michael Borders promise to pay or cause? be paid unto Woodson Roberts or John
Roberts Just & full sum of eight hundred dollars for value ? this 4th day of
February 1803
The Condition of the above Obligation are ? se? of the above mentioned Michael
Borders doth make unto Woodson Roberts or John Roberts a good sufficient right
of title to a certain tract or parcel of land containing two hundred acres more
or less situate lying & being in County of Elbert State of Georgia on the Beaver
dam Creek adjoining John AllBretons & Camerons lands where Michael Borders
formerly lived then the above obligation to be void, otherwise to remain in full
force & virtue

Nothing in the obligation shall be so construed as to compel the aforementioned
Borders to comply with the above obligation untill the aforementioned Roberts
pay him four hundred dollars agreeable to their notes which are to be complied

If She Should ? marrie then ? her death it is my Will that all the property that remains till that time be Sold & Equaly divided amongst my Children & it is also my Will that all my Just debts be paid also it is my Will that my property be not appraised -
