Jasper County Probate Court

Will and Estate Records are available from 1818. There is a $5.00 search

fee. If the record is extremely long, they may charge more, but will bill

for the difference.

Birth Certificates - Some scattered and delayed birth certificates from the

early 1900's. Birth certificates from around 1920 to present are $10.00 each

for a certified copy.

Death Records from the late 1920's are $10.00 each for a certified copy.

Marriage Records from 1808 require a $5.00 search fee. A copy of the

document including book and page number will be sent.

A self-addressed stamped envelope is required. They try to have a 24 hour

from receipt turn-around time for birth and death certificates. The others

are searched as time and personnel permit.

Has court and deed records from 1808 and land records from 1808  but they will not process lookup requests.   They are located in the Jasper County Courthouse and their hours are 8:00-5:00 EST.
