I, Jessee R. Adams, of said county and state, being of sound and
disposing mind and memory, do make this my last will and testament,
hereby revoking all others that I have heretofore made.
ITEM One
It is my will and desire that my body be buried in a Christianlike
manner.
ITEM Two
It is my will and desire that all of my just debts be paid as soon as
practicable after my death.
ITEM Three
I will, bequest and devise all of my property, both real and personal,
of whatever kind and wherever situated, to my beloved wife Perniner
Adams to hers absolutely and in fee simple.
ITEM Four
It is my will that after the death of my beloved wife Perniner Adams
that my property both real and personal wherever situated, that has not
been used for her benefit during her natural life to be divided as
follows: to share equally. To my sons, namely
H. C. Adams, R. H.
Adams, J. B. Adams, M.
E. Adams, L. B. Adams, G.
C. Adams and my daughter Lula Hattie Gunnells, the children of
Ida Allen my daughter shall have a share in my estate that would have
gone to said daughter, and they are Guy Allen, Bessie Allen Scott,
Bertha Allen Chastain, Dorothy Allen Beard, and a share of my estate I
will to my son D. Y. Adams if he is living at
the time of his mothers death, if not I will and bequeath what would
have been his share to his wife Emma Lee Adams and her children by him.
With the exception of this special provision reference to my son D.
Y. Adams, in the event either of my children die before I or my
wife Perniner Adams then that child's part or share shall go to his or
her children.
ITEM Five
I hereby make my son M. E. Adams, executor of
this my last will and testament and relieve him from making any bond or
inventory to any court whatsoever or from making any returns only by
and dividing as above mentioned in item four hereof.

Y. Adams if he is living at the time of his fathers death., if
not I will and bequeath what would have been his share to his wife Emma
Lee Adams and her children by him. With the exception of this special

Adams, in the event either of my children die before my husband
Jessee R. Adams then that child's part or share shall go to his or her
children.
ITEM FIVE
Before any division is made as per item four it is my will and desire
that my sons M. E. Adams and D.
Y. Adams shall receive $12.00 each, extra or above the other
heirs. This is for balance up for bed received by my other children.
ITEM SIX
I hereby make my son M. E. Adams, executor of
this my last will and testament and relieve him from making any bond or
inventory to any court whatsoever or from making any returns only by
this will to probate the same. Selling whatever property that is left
after my husband's death and dividing as above mentioned in item four
hereof..
