Jacob Capers Neese Boggs

Jacob Capers Neese Boggs was born 15 December 1856 and died 22 August 1904 in Madison County.  He married first to Mary W. Bullock on 27 December 1881 in Madison County.  He married second to Alice Eugenia Jarrett on 20 October 1896 in Jackson County, Georgia.
