Thomas Jefferson Jennings was born June 14, 1852 in Clarke Co., GA, died August 8, 1918 in Oconee Co. He was the son of James Jackson Jennings and Jerusha Conner. He married Ruthan Louisa Wise December 20, 1874. Ruthan was the daughter of Williamson Patterson Wise and Irene Minish. She was born July 3, 1856 and died October 24, 1946. The photo dates from about 1890.
