This came out of Lucy Epps Couch pictures. Her mother was Anna L. Herndon (Mrs. Early Oscar Epps), or could have been relatives of Howard Dewey Couch family. Had an Atlanta photographer name on it. If you can help identify the couple in this picture please contact Connie.
