Searching for ancestors/descendants of Harrison BLAND who married Samantha THOMPSON in Randolph Co in 1840. A nice lady e-mailed me that she had found the above couple. This was in response to my posting of my great grandparents Harrison BLAND and Lydia BELCHER who married in Barbour Co, AL in 1878. Since the BLAND/THOMPSON couple married only a few miles from where my grandfather Sidney Crumley BLAND was born, I think they may be related. Need siblings and parents for the Harrison BLAND who married Samantha. Samantha had a sister, Mardlin who married Hardy FLOYD in the same area. Thanks, Carol.
