My name is Carolyn Golowka and I am the County Coordinator for Rockdale County, Georgia. My ancestors came to what was Newton County early in the 19th century. The part they lived in became Rockdale County in 1870. So, I don't know all that much about Rockdale County after 1870. I do NOT live in Georgia and don't have access to any information there directly. Consequently, I can't help you with personal research. You can contact me directly by clicking here. Be sure to include in the Subject of the email the county you are inquiring about as I help in several counties in different states. Thank you.
