Thomas B. Johnson, an aged, well known and highly respected resident of this county, died at his home in Cabins district, Sunday morning and was buried near there at the family burying grounds. Mr. Johnson was born in Jasper County in 1806 and was in his 87th year. He came to this-then Henry County with his parents when he was 17 years old and has lived for 70 years in the same place. He has been a devoted member of the Methodist Church for 60 years. He is a brother of D.H. and George D. Johnson and leaves children Dr J. M. Johnson of Macon, Dr D. T. Johnson, and Mrs J.W. Patrick of Fort Smith, Ark Mrs Stahlings of this county. 8

Died in Oklahoma (Mrs Duck Stallings) interred at the family burying ground. She was a former resident of Spaulding county lift in 1907 to reside in Oklahoma. She had been a helpless invalid for 3 years having fallen and been injured. She was about 80 years old.16 Accompanying the remains here were mr and mrs John Woodward and other relatives. Mrs Stallings is survived by one son Mr Thomas Stallings, who is living somewhere in  the west.16

D.A. Stallings a young man 21 years of age died at Macon on Sunday, and the remains wwere brought to this city yesterday(Nov 5,1891) and were interred in Cabins District near the home of Col T.B. Johnson. He was a grandson of Mr. Johnson and was going to school in Macon at the time of his death.20
