Full Title: An Act to prevent the sale of intoxicating liquors within
three miles of the Methodist Church at Orchard Hill, Georgia.
SECTION I. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Georgia,
That from and after the passage of this Act, it shall be unlawful for any
person to sell or otherwise dispose of, for value in any way, any
intoxicating liquors within three miles of the Methodist Church at Orchard
Hill, Spalding county, Georgia.
