A.O. Gay To B.A. Ogletree

Spalding County this indenture made the 17th
day of December 1890 in the year of our Lord One Thousand Eight
Hindered and Ninety between A.O. Gay of the county of
Spalding of the one part and B.A. Ogletree of the county of
Spalding of the other part. Witnesseth that the said A.O. Gay
for and in consideration of the sum of Four hundred and twenty five
dollars to him in hand paid at and before the sealing and delivery
of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have
granted bargained and sold and by these presence grant bargain sell
and convey unto the said B.A. Ogletree his heirs and assigns
all that tract lot or parcel of land situated lying and being in the
original third district of Henry now Spalding County known &
distinguished as part of lot No. 176, number one hundred and sixty
six, it being the south corner of said lot containing fifty
(50)acres more or less bounded on the south by B.A. Ogletree
on the north by C.M. Hammond on the west by R.J.
Mahle on the east by G B Wesley. To have and to hold the
said parcel of land with all and singular the rights members &
appurtenances thereof unto the said B.A. Ogletree his heirs
and assigns to have, and their own proper use benefit and behoof
forever in fee simple and the said A.O. Gay for himself his
heirs executors and administrators the said bargained the premises
unto the said B.A. Ogletree his heirs and assigns will
warrant and forever defend the right and title thereof against
themselves and against the claims of all other persons whatsoever.
In Testimony whereof that the said A.O. Gay has
hereunto set his hand & seal the day and year above written.
