Thomas D. Fullerton to Absalom Ogletree

Spalding County This indenture made this fourteenth day of
December One
thousand eight hundred & fifty two between Thomas D. Fullerton of
the county
and state aforesaid of the one part and Absalom Ogletree of the same
place of
the other part Witnesseth that the said Thomas D. Fullerton for and
in
consideration of the sum of four hundred dollars to him in hand paid
the
receipt whereof is here by acknowledged hath bargained granted and
sold and by
these presents doth bargain sell and convey unto the said Absalom
Ogletree his
heirs and assigns all that tract or parcel of land situate lying and
being in
the south east corner of lot No(144) number one hundred and forty
four
containing seventy acres more or less in the fourth district of
originally
Fayette now Spalding County together with all and singular the right
members
and appurtenances to the same in any wise belonging in fee simple.
To have and
to hold said tract or parcel of land the said Thomas D. Fullerton
his heirs
executors administrators to the said Absalom Ogletree his heirs and
assigns and
the said Thomas D. Fullerton will forever warrant the right and
title thereof
to the said Absalom Ogletree his heirs and assigns from himself and
from the
claims of all other persons whatsoever in witness whereof the said
Thomas D.
Fullerton hath hereunto set his hand and affixed his seal the day
and year
above written. Signed sealed and delivered in the presence of
