Thomas & Nancy Ogletree To Delilah Crowly

of Georgia Spalding County
For and in consideration of thirty
dollars to Thos. Ogletree in hand paid the said Ogletree doth
by these presents bargain sell and convey to Delilah Crowly
her heirs and assigns three acres of land of land commencing at
north east corner of lot one hundred & seventy five in fourth dist.
of Fayette now Spalding County & thence along said lot line south
one acre commencing at said north east corner and run west three
acres thence south one acre and thence on a strait line to its east
line making three acres. To have and to hold said three acres of
land to her the said Delilah Crowly her heirs and assigns
forever in fee simple and the said Ogletree hereby warrants
the right & title thereof against the claims of all persons
whatsoever
In testimony whereof the said
Thomas Ogletree and his wife Nancey Ogletree hereunto set
their hand & seal this 29th day of November 1870
