John F. Ogletree From D. R. Biles

Spalding County This indenture made this twenty
sixth day of October in the year of our one thousand eight hundred
and sixty eight between Daniel R. Biles of the county
aforesaid of the one part and John F. Ogletree of the county
of Butts of the other part Witnesseth that the said Daniel R.
Biles for and in consideration of the sum of six hundred dollars
to him in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath
granted bargained and conveyed and doth by these presents grant
bargain sell and convey unto the said John F. Ogletree his
heirs and assigns all that tract or parcel of land situate lying and
being in the county aforesaid the same being in the third district
of originally Monroe County now Spalding containing one hundred and
thirty five acres more or less known and distinguished in plan of
said district by parts of lot number fifty three and fifty two, one
hundred acres of fifty three and 35 acres of fifty-two, the same to
the said John F. Ogletree his heirs and assigns with all the
rights appertaining to said premises to his and their own proper use
benefit and behoof forever in fee simple and I the said Daniel R.
Biles aforesaid will warrant and defend the right and title
of said bargained premises unto the said John F. Ogletree
against the claim of myself my heirs and against the claim of all
and every other person or persons whatsoever. In testimony whereof I
the said Daniel R. Biles as aforesaid hath hereunto set my
hand and seal the day and year above written
