Spalding County This Indenture made the 2nd
day of December in the year of Our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred
and Nighty between Absalom Ogletree , M. A. E.
Ogletree, E V. Strickland, & F.E Barfield of the
county of Spalding of the first part and B.A. Ogletree of the
county of Spalding of the other part Witnesseth that the said
parties of the first part for and in consideration of Twelve hundred
dollars to him in hand paid at and before the sealing and delivering
of these presents the receipt where of is hereby acknowledged have
granted bargained and sold and doth by these presents grant bargain
sell and convey unto the said B.A. Ogletree his heirs &
assigns all that tract lot or parcel of land situated lying and
being in the Fourth District of originally Fayette now Spalding
County containing (94) ninety four acres more or less East part of
lot number (146) one hundred and forty six bounded as follows: North
by land of R.J. Mahle, west by lands of A.O. Gay east
by B.A. Ogletree south by A. E. W. Starr To have and
to hold the said parcel of land with all and singular the rights
members & appurtenances thereof unto the said B.A. Ogletree
his heirs & assigns to have and their own proper us benefit and
behoof forever in fee simple and the said A. Ogletree for
himself his heirs executors and administrators the said bargained
premises unto the said B.A. Ogletree his heirs & assigns will
warrant and forever defend the receipt and title thereof against
themselves and against the claims of all other persons whatsoever

Ogletree has hereunto set his hand and seal the day and year
