J.H. & Hill Starr To H. P. Ogletree

 Georgia Spalding County

            Pursuant to the last will and testament of Benj. Starr of said county deceased John H. Starr and H M Starr executors of the will of Benj. Starr Witnesseth that the said John Starr and H. M. Starr for and in consideration of the six hundred dollars to them in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath bargained sold and conveyed and by these presents doth bargain sell and deliver unto the said H. P. Ogletree his heirs and assigns fifty acres of land more or less situated  lying and being in the third district of originally Henry but now Spalding County the same being part of lot No. 11 eleven and bounded as follows commencing at the north east corner at the road running south to the original line at T. E. Elders line thence N East to the road thence North along the center of the road across the patch and with the fence to the corner of the field thence west to the original line thence north to the old road near a post oak corner thence east along the road to the starting point. Containing fifty acres more or less together with all and singular the rights members and appurtenances there unto belonging or in any wise appertaining to have and to hold said bargained premises the said John H. Starr and H. M. Starr with the said H. P. Ogletree his heirs and assigns Will warrant and forever defend the rights and titles from himself his heirs and assigns and from and against the claim of all other person whatsoever fee simple

In testimony where of the said John H. Starr and H. M. Starr executors of Benj. Starr deceased hath hereunto set their hand and affixed their seal the day and year above dated
