Will of H. P. Ogletree Deceased
Georgia Spalding County July 30th 1912
In the name of God amend. H. P. Ogletree of the State & County above
written being of sound mind and good health do make this my last will &
Testament
1st First I will my wife Mrs Ida May Ogletree one certain Insurance policy made
payebale to her for $2000 two thousand dollars payable at my death also one
two thousand dollars in the Equitable Con for two thousand dollars.
2nd I will to my daughter Alice one half of our house & lot where we have lived
for many years also one house and lot on 12th St. and ally known as the Peech
house together with all the lot joining Mrs. I May Ogletree on the south of her
lot also my horse and buggy should I have one and all of my household and
kitchen furniture and wearing apparel to have & to hold as her own & do as she
pleases with same.
3rd I will to my daughter Fannie Dora Patterson and the heirs of her body one
half of my dwelling house in Griffin Ga. where we have resided for many years.
3rd I will to my daughter Annie Cosermena the sum of one thousand dollars to
her and the heirs of her body
4thI will to my granddaughter Helen Gany the sum of five hundred dollars.
5th I will to my grandson Roy Patterson my watch and chain
6thI will to my grandson Phil Patterson fifty dollars and my saddle
7th I will that my lands, mules, wagons & all farming implements be sold and
all my just debts be paid and should there be any money over for it to be
divided between my three daughters now living or their children.
8th I appoint my daughter Allice Ogletree and my friend B. H. Moore to
administer on my estate without bond.
