This Indenture, made and entered into this 25th day of November in the year of
our Lord 1899, between Martha A. Watson of the one part and Perry C. Watson and
John L. Watson of the other part, Witnesseth that the party of the first part
for and in consideration of the natural love and affection which she bears for
her said sons above named and other valuable consideration conveys the said
Perry C. and John L. Watson, their heirs and assigns all that tract or parcel of
land situate lying and being in the Counties of Marion and Taylor as follows:
and 19. In the Twelfth District of Taylor County. Also all of Lots
No. 290 and 292 in the Eleventh District of Taylor County, Georgia. And
the south half of No. 269 in the Eleventh District of Marion County, Georgia.
It is agreed and understood that the possession and use of said land is to
remain in the maker Martha Watson as long as she lives and said Perry C. Watson
and John L. Watson are to cultivate, rent out and manage the same for said
Martha Watson and to support her, furnish all her medicine, doctors and all
other necessaries so long as she shall live which said interest in said lots and
said tract or parcel of land, the said Martha Watson will well and truly warrant
and defend from the lawful claim of all persons whatsoever unto the said Perry
C. Watson and John L. Watson, their heirs and assigns in fee simple. In
testimony whereof the said Martha Watson has hereunto set her hand and seal the
day and year above written.
