Mrs. McComb Dead
Mrs. Mattie McComb, wife of A.D. McComb, died Wednesday morning at 7:15 a.m., after a short illness of typhoid fever.  Mrs. McComb was a lady possessing many Christian virtues; her friends were many and she will be greatly missed by those upon whom she so often waited at the post office.  The husband and parents have the sympathy of the public and the prayers of all good people for God’s grace to help in time of trouble.  The remains were carried to Howard Wednesday afternoon and interred Thursday morning.
