Located in 14th District at the line of Lot 156 & Lot 163 on Panther Creek,
Taylor County, Georgia.
Samuel Montgomery owned a mill on Lot 156.
Mill known as Anthony's Mill before Suggs.
Vincent Montgomery taught a school, called Panther Creek Academy, in June
25, 1855 in Taylor County.
