Mr. Van
Horn was born in
Surviving
family members include his wife, Willera A. Van Horn, of Young Harris,
GA;
three children: James Van Horn, III, of Houston, TX; Susan Van Horn, of
Orlando, FL; and Mary Jane Van Horn, of Jersey City, NJ; a sister,
Irene
Peshek, of Dayton Beach, FL; two grandchildren and two great
grandchildren also
survive.
