Mrs.
Mrs.
Foster was born February 10, 1925, in Denver, CO a daughter of the late
James
Luther and Carrie Mae Melton but had lived in Towns County most of her
life. She was preceded in death by her
husband, Ralph Foster; daughter, Brenda Martin; brothers, Henry Melton
and
James Melton; a sister, Donnie Williams.
Survivors
include: son, Billy Foster of Dolores, CO; sisters, Ethel Lee Barrett
of
Hiawassee, GA and Marie of Canton, OH; brother, Oswald Melton of
Marietta, GA;
half sisters, Nova Jo Kimsey and Audrey Nichols of Hiawassee, GA, and
Meridith
Fortenberry of Blairsville, GA; half brother, Elzo Nichols of Marietta,
Ga.
