mr. james daniel nichols

Mr. James Daniel Nichols, age 61 of Hiawassee, GA passed away Sunday, August 10, 2003.

Mr. Nichols was born in Clay County, NC on December 29, 1941 to the late James Elmer and Maggie Nichols.  He was preceded in death by one brother, Mr. D.L. Nichols.

Surviving Mr. Nichols are his wife Mrs. Mildred Nichols of the home; one daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Danny Miller of Warne, NC and one daughter Ms. Kimberly Brunswick of Marble Hill, GA; one son, Mr. James Gregory Nichols of Blue Ridge, GA.  Also surviving are two brothers, Mr. Johnny Nichols of Hayesville, NC and Mr. Jackie Nichols of Hayesville, NC; two sisters, Ms. Diane Worley of Hayesville, NC and Delores Patterson of Hayesville, NC.  Seven grandchildren, Daniel Brunswick, Alisha Nichols, Justin Miller, Heather Brunswick, Krystal Brunswick, Allen Nichols, and Austin Rowley.  Nieces and Nephews also survive.

Funeral services for Mr. Nichols were held on Tuesday, August 12, 2003 at 2 p.m. at Chatuge Assembly Church of God with the Rev. Aline Mosteller officiating.  Interment was in the Bethel Cemetery.
