Linda Sue
Land, age 52, of Young Harris, GA, passed away on Wednesday, September 14, 2005
following a
brief illness.She was born to the late
Earnest and Martha (McClure) Land on September 3, 1953 in Towns County, GA.She
was preceded in death by her mother, Mrs.
Martha Land in 2004.She is survived by
brothers and sisters-in-law, Earl and Becky Land, of Blairsville, GA;
Jim and
Betty Land, of Young Harris, GA; Hubert and Bobbie Land, of
Blairsville, GA;
Scott and Susan Land, of Hayesville, NC; sisters and brothers-in-law,
Margie
and Al Miller, of Chatsworth, GA; and Sheila and Jim Sadler, of Young
Harris,
GA; and a number of nieces and nephews also survive.
Funeral
services were held on Friday, September 16, 2005 at 2 p.m. from OldUnionBaptistChurch with Rev. Jimmy
Rogers and Rev. Glen Eller officiating.Music was provided by Sheila Eller and Ryan Wilson.Pallbearers were Waymon Morgan, Tim Moore,
Joe Nation, Clyde Shook, Dexter Shook and Dustin Phillips.Interment was in Old Union cemetery.
