Virginia Deitz Martin, formerly of Young Harris, passed away Saturday
night in

Young Harris in 1935, she was seventy years old. The
daughter of the late Frank Deitz and
Beulah N. “Tootsie” Deitz, both natives of the Towns/Union area. Virginia Ginger, as she was know to her
family and friends – grew up in Young Harris, attended

moving to the

mother of two children, Frank Willcox of McKinney, Texas and Leann
Underwood of
Lynchburg, Virginia, she is also survived by her husband, Richard
Martin of
Atlanta, Georgia; her mother, Beulah N. Deitz, now in the Chatuge
Nursing Home;
a sister, Wilda Quarantino of Goodyear, Arizona; a brother, Tom Deitz
of
Oakwood, Georgia; four grandchildren; three aunts, two nieces, and many
cousins.

She was a
devoted wife, mother, daughter, and sister.
