Ms. Ruby
Estelle Davis Warren, age 87, of Suches, passed away on Tuesday, December 28,
1999 in the Union County Nursing Home following an extended illness. Ms. Warren was born on

include two daughters and son in laws, Vinnie Ruth and James Pirkle of Suches,
Redia Mae and Mack Stephens of Blairsville; daughter-in-law, Bernice Warren;
four sisters, Earie Mason of Hampton, GA, Lillie Watts of Dahlonega, Mary Moore
of Suches, Daisy Yonts of Suches; two brothers, William Davis of Blue Ridge
Denver Davis of Suches; twelve grand-children, thirty-three great
grandchildren, one great great grandchild and many other relatives and friends
also survive.

Mrs. Mary
Y. Shemasek, age 92, of
Mary had
been a reporter, traveler and until recently an avid reader. She is survived by daughter, Joanne of
Blairsville, grandson Thomas of Blairsville, and Patrick of Savannah, and three
great grandchildren, sister, Louise Zuraw of
Mary
moved to Blairsville two years ago and loved this little town and the beautiful
mountains. She will be greatly missed by
her loving family and Ferqus, the dog.
She attended St. Louis Catholic Church in
Mountain

Mr. Alan
Richard Tirmenstein, 76, passed away quietly in his sleep
He is
survived by his wife and their five married children and four grandchildren.

memorial service was held in his honor, Friday, January 14th at the Mountain
View Funeral Home where his good friend jack Fullenton officiated.
