In Memory of C.R. Collins
“Union County has lost a great
person in the passing of C.R. Collins.
He was a very unselfish man who gave of his time to many worthy
causes. He respected all and treated
everyone alike, with courtesy and acceptance.
We will miss the stories he told from his rich knowledge of the history
of this area in particular. He had an
exceptional outlook on life, always believing the best of people and expecting
the future to be even brighter with each passing year. He had a brilliant mind that remained sharp
to the end. We’ve all lost a good
friend.”

Commissioner Harold Cook on the passing of C.R. Collins.
