Brother
Ellard W. Nichols, age 91, of Blairsville, Georgia, went to meet his
Lord and
Saviour Monday, January 30, 2006 at 4:15 PM at Union County Nursing
Home,
surrounded by his family and friends. He
was a dedicated servant of the Lord, loved his family and friends, and
was an
avid fisherman. Mr. Nichols was born

daughter, Linda Davenport of Stockbridge, GA, son &
daughter-in-law,
Stephen and Leigh Ann Nichols of Statesville, NC, son &

Theresia Nichols
of Morrow, GA, 13 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and 7 great
great
grandchildren.
Funeral
services were held Thursday, February 2, 2006 at 11 AM from the Faith
Baptist
Church with the Pastor Joseph Hutcheson, Missionary Ric Hurd, Pastor
Richard
Nelms and Brother Billy Joe Jones officiating.
Music was provided by Billy Joe and Misty Jones, the Shangle
Family, the
Nichols Family and Amanda McBride, Linda Davenport, Gina Davenport and
Sandy
Brock. Interment followed in
