Mr.
Paul Frederick Ulrich, age 63, of Suches and Douglasville, suddenly
passed away
January 25, 1999. He was born in
Trenton, NJ, to Paul Henry and Elizabeth McGuillevary Ulrich.
He is
survived by his wife, Mrs. Halina Sniadoch Ulrich; son, Christopher
Ulrich of
brick, N.J.; daughters, Joanne Callahan of Inverness, Fla., Barbara
Shipp of
Oakboro, N.C. and Laura Beasley of Winston and ten grandchildren.
The funeral
will be at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church in Carrollton with Father
John
Farley officiating. A rosary will be
held at Garner Funeral Home in Carrollton at 5:30 p.m.
Interment will be in Our Lady of perpetual
Help Cemetery.

Mrs.
Lois Hargreaves Simpson, age 70, of Blairsville, Georgia, passed away
Saturday,
January 30, 1999, in Blairsville.
Mrs.
Simpson was born in Worcester County, Massachusetts, on Monday, October
1,
1928, a daughter of Helena Beaulieu Hargreaves and the late Joseph
Hargreaves. She was a homemaker and had
lived in Blairsville for the past 8 years, coming here form west Palm
Beach, Florida.
Surviving
are her husband, Keith Simpson, of Blairsville; her mother, Helena
Hargreaves
of Leominister, Massachusetts; brother Lt. Col. Bruce Hargreaves, of
Washington, DC; sister, Carol Atkins, of Ashford, Alabama; many friends
and other
relatives also survive.
Funeral
services were held Tuesday, February 2, 1999 at 3
p.m. from the chapel of Cochran Funeral Home of Blairsville, with Rev.
Waymon
Lovell officiating. Burial was in New
Liberty Baptist Church Cemetery.

arrangements.

John
William Cage, age 74, passed away Sunday, January 24, 1999.
Mr. Cage
was born October 14, 1924 in Martinsburg, W. VA. He
graduated from the University of
Miami. Mr. Cage had lived in Blairsville
for nineteen years.
Surviving are
his wife, Margaret Caraker Cage of Blairsville; two children: daughter,
Aldia
Cage of Marietta, GA; son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Pam Cage of
Coconut
Creek, Fla., four grandchildren, David Bookhammer of Ft. Lauderdale,
FL; Katey
Bookhammer of Dallas, TX, Breanna and Daniel Cage of Coconut Creek, Fla.
Memorial
services were held Saturday, February 7, 1999 at 2
p.m. at Cochran Funeral Home in Blairsville, Georgia with the Rev.
William
Schultz officiating.
