Mr.
Gordon Key Bryan age 99 of Blairsville, formerly of Stakville, MS, went
home to
be with the Lord on Monday February 27, 2006 at the Union General
Hospital
following a brief illness. At the time
of his passing, he was living with his daughter and son in law, Lynda
and John
Yount. Dr. Bryan was born on
Dr. Bryan
was a member of the Phi Beta Kapa, the Phi Kappa Phi, the Lambda Chi
Alpha, the
Ps Sigma Alpha, the Blue Key, the Golden Triangle YMC Award, the Sloan
Foundation Fellow, the Gen. Education Board Fellow, Who’s Who in
America, the
Association of Retired Professors of MSU, and he also was Elder
Emeritus of the
First Presbyterian church. Dr. Bryan was
a member of the First Presbyterian church in
Surviving
Dr. Bryan are one daughter and son in law, Lynda and John Yount of
Blairsville,
three grandchildren, Carol Adams of

C. Cantrell, age 78, of
Mr.
Cantrell was born

Patsy Jean Cantrell of Blairsville, GA; sister, Sis Seabolt of
Morganton, GA;
grandchildren, Todd and Troy Berisford, Tammy Hoffman, Thomas, Julian
and
Steven Snider and January Madden; great grandchildren, Crystal
Berisford, Emma,
Brandon, Austin and Hailey Snider and Travis Hoffman; special children,
Kimberly Ruth Yun and Lillian Grace Lovell; several nieces and nephews.
