Mrs. Edwina
Jeanette Haist, age 71, of
Surviving
Mrs. Haist are her loving husband of forty two years, Lloyd Haist of
Blairsville; two daughters, Sally C. Lockwood of Columbia, SC, and Terry Powell
of Hollywood, FL; two sons, Robert Haist of Rome, GA, and John Anderson of
Pembroke Pines, FL; mother, Helen Carpenter of Saginaw, MI; one sister, Karen
Streeter of Saginaw; one brother, Joe Brown of Mt. Morris, MI; four
grandchildren, six great grandchildren, many other relatives and friends also
survive.
A memorial
service was held at the home with the Rev. James Paul officiating. In lieu of flowers if you wish, the family
requests that memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society in
Mrs. Haist’s memory.

Witt Wheeler, age 85, of
Surviving
Mr. Wheeler are tow daughters and sons-in-law, Brenda and Dale Gee of
Blairsville and Barbara and Danny Bright of Morganton; seven sons and three
daughters-in-law, Billy Wheeler of Robinsville, NC., Dennis Wheeler of Hiawassee,
Danny Wheeler of Morganton, Bobby and Karen Wheeler of Blairsville David
Wheeler of Blairsville, Jimmy and Minnie Sue Wheeler of Blairsville, Timmy and
Sheila Wheeler of Blairsville; nineteen grandchildren; twelve
great-grandchildren; many other relatives and friends also survive.
Funeral
services were held on Friday, march 12, 2004 from the Funeral Home Chapel with
the Rev. Tommy Jones officiating.
Special music was presented by Randy and Tammy Hughes. The following gentlemen served as Pallbearers,
Kalvin Patton, Randy Patton, Dwayne Wheeler, Josh Hampton, Jessie Magaha,
Brandon Anderson and Little Jimmy Wheeler.
Interment followed in the

Mrs. Snow is her loving husband of fifty two years, John Snow of Blairsville;

Snow, Jr., of Blairsville, Henry and Sheila Snow of Murphy; two brothers and
three sisters, Mithuo Fujii, Teruko Endo, Akemi Kubota, Masako Iga and Kathuaki
Fujii, all of Kayoto, Japan; nine grandchildren; one great grandchild; many
other relatives and friends also survive.
