Marietta; two sons, Mike Rice of Virginia, Josh Rice, of Virginia, two

Whitfield of Powder Springs; three brothers and one sister in law, Roy
and Erma
Conley of Powder Springs, Leon Conley of Cummings, Richard Conley of
Cummings,
four grandchildren, four great grandchildren, many other relatives and
friends
also survive.
