Mr. John
“J.B.” Seabolt, 62, of Blairsville, Georgia passed away Saturday, June
15, 1996
at his home.
Mr.
Seabolt was born in Union County, Georgia, on September
13, 1933. He was a mechanic and had been
employed at Nelson Tractor Company for twenty-two years.
Surviving are
his wife, Lottie Louise Seabolt, of Blairsville; his mother, Mintie
Seabolt, of
Suches, GA; a son, Larry Seabolt, of Blairsville; and daughter, Betty
Cook, of
Blairsville; Brothers, Noah Seabolt, of Blairsville, and Aaron Seabolt,
of
Suches; sister, Lizzie Gilreath, of Suches, and sister Marie Williams
of
Dahlonega, GA; six grandchildren and two great grandchildren also
survive.
Funeral
services were held Monday, June 17, 1996 at 2 p.m. from the Chapel of
Cochran
funeral Home with Rev. Willis Garrett and Rev. Jimmy Rogers officiating. Special music was presented by Susie
Phillips, Louise Delong, and Sarah Kelley.
Serving as pallbearers were employees of Nelson Tractor Company. Interment was in Union Memory Gardens
Cemetery.
Cochran
Funeral Home of Blairsville was in charge of arrangements.
