Mrs.
Ellen Bingham Moore, age 60, native and
lifelong resident of Union county, GA, passed away Monday, July 12,
1999 from
injuries she sustained in an automobile accident.
Mrs.
Moore was born in Union County, GA on Wednesday, February 22, 1939,
a daughter of Roy Bingham and Dovie Towe
Bingham. She was a member of Ivy Log
Baptist Church,
and was the widow of the late Ralph Moore, who passed away in 1993.
Surviving
are two sons and daughter-in-laws, Jack and Shiela Moore and
Ben and Cindy Moore, all of Blairsville; daughter and son-in-law, Pat
and Keith
Donaldson, of Blairsville; her parents, Roy and Dovie Bingham of
Blairsville;
sisters, Blanche Patterson, Sara Anderson, Betty Brewer, Bonnie
Tolliver, Mary
Holbrook, all of Blairsville, and Diane Simmons of Helen, GA; brothers,
Roy Bingham,
Jr. of Hiawassee, Joe Bingham of Ranger, NC, and Tony Bingham of
Blairsville;
grandchildren, Jason, Jeffrey, Matthew, Sharon, Chris and Stephen
Moore, and
Will Donaldson, all of Blairsville; many friends and other relatives
also
survive.
Funeral
services were held Wednesday, July 14, 1999 at 2 p.m. from the
chapel of Cochran Funeral Home of Blairsville with Rev. Horace Potts
and Rev.
Waymon Lovell officiating. Special music
presented by The Kelley Trio. The
following gentlemen served as pallbearers: Freeman Chastain, Jerry
Brewer, Phil
Tolliver, Carol Gillespie, Dwayne Patterson, and R.M. Dyer. The following gentlemen served as honorary
escort to the family: LeRoy Anderson, Sammy Holbrook, Garnie Anderson
and Bill
Donaldson. Interment was in Providence
Methodist Church Cemetery.

Mr.
Robert Harold Hull, age 61, of Blairsville, GA
passed away on Sunday, July 19, 1999 in the Union General Hospital
following an
extended illness.
Mr. Hull
was born March 13, 1938 in Decatur, GA, the son of the late Ross
Hull and the late Vernon Grizzle Hull.
Mr. Hull lived in Union County for the past fifteen years. He was employed by the Union County Road
Department
for a number of years and was fire chief for Station #3 Volunteer Fire
Department. Mr. Hull was a member of St.
Francis of Assisi Catholic Church.
Survivors include his
wife of thirty years, Barbara Hull of Blairsville; four sons, Thomas
Hull of
Taylor, Michigan, and Paul, Patrick, and Erin Hull, all of Lincoln
Park, Michigan;
four daughters, Theresa Crisp and Elizabeth Damer, both of
Jacksonville,
Florida, Lisa Owens of Virginia BEACH, Virginia, and Susan Hull of
Blairsville;
five sisters, Ruby Belt of Mineral Bluff, Mrs. J.R. Belt of Atlanta,
Louise
Lavender of Douglasville, Mearl Blodgett of Jamestown, California, and
Patricia
Chitwood of Jonesboro; several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and
many
other friends and relatives also survive.
Funeral services were
held Monday, July 12, 1999 at 2 p.m. from the St. Francis of Assisi
Catholic
Church with Father Tim Gadziala and the Rev. Stacy Dyer officiating. Special music was provided by the Harmony
Grove Choir. The following gentlemen
served as pallbearers: David Dyer, George Holland, Silas Bohannon,
Rickey Dyer,
Luke Hedden, Roger Seabolt, Clyde Meade, Thomas Hull and Patrick Hull. Honorary pallbearers were Charles Worden,
Gene Nelson and Ernie Pruitt. Interment
was in the Harmony Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.

Mrs.
Sharon Hood, age 49, of Blairsville, Georgia,
passed away July 24, 1999, at Union General Hospital following an
extended
illness.
Mrs. Hood had lived in
the Blairsville, GA, area for 18 years,
moving here
from Carroltown, GA. She was a member of
Cornith Baptist Church, Suches, GA, and paraprofessional at Union
County
Elementary School. She was preceded in
death by her mother, Boneta Akins Chadwick.
Surviving
are her husband, Rev. Donald Hood of the home; sons: Chad and
Heather Hood of Wake Forest, NC, and Jonathan Hood of Acworth, GA,
daughter,
Amanda Hood of Smyrna, GA, father, James Leonard Chadwick of Ellijay,
GA;
sisters: Geraldine Reece of Powder Springs, GA, Joyce Jones of Ellijay,
GA,
Shirley Jones of Jasper, GA, and Deborah Thurman of Blue Ridge, GA;
brother,
Jack Chadwick of Nashville, TN and two grandchildren, Tyler Colwell and
Ashley
Costas, both of Marietta, GA. Other
relatives and a host of family and friends also survive.

chapel of Cochran Funeral Home in Blairsville, GA, with Rev. Ray Potts
and Rev.
Vernon Davenport officiating. Music was
provided by Rev. Edie Cain. Serving as
pallbearers were Lonnie Reece, Justin Thurman, Billy Jones, Robert
Bridges, and
Sylvan Pickelsimer. Interment was in the
Cornith Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Larry Stover officiating.

Mrs.
Barbara Anne Roberts Kelley, age 39, of Mulkey
Gap Rd. Blairsville, Georgia, passed away on Thursday, July 22, 1999 in
the
Emory Hospital in Atlanta following an extended illness. Mrs. Kelley
was born
on MAY 10, 1960, in Del Rio, Texas, the daughter of James Edward
Roberts and
Ernestine Reed Roberts. Before moving to
Blairsville, she had lived in Andrews, NC.
Surviving
Mrs. Kelley are her husband,
Mitchell Kelley, of Andrews, NC; two children, Nicomas Tyane
Roberts and
Mollie Anne Kelley, both of Blairsville; father, James Edward Roberts
of
Weaverville, NC; three sisters, Addie Marie Brooks of Hayesville, NC,
Eleftheria (Honey) Roberts of Andrews, NC and Dorothea (Dottie)
Lunsford of
Blairsville many other friends and family also survive.
Funeral
services were held Saturday, July 22, 1999 at 4 p.m. from the
chapel of the Mountain view Funeral Home
with the Rev.
Jimmy Tanner and the Rev. Carl Morrow officiating.
Special music was presented by Mrs. Dolly
Tchikirides. Serving as pallbearers were
Rufus Everett, Richard Crowell, gene Sprayberry, Bobby Foster, Jonathan
Dills
and Greg Odom. Serving as honorary
escort pallbearers were, Vester Dills and Kevin Lunsford.
Interment was in the Coosa Methodist Church
Cemetery.
