Wesley
Pannell, age 57, of Blairsville,
Georgia, passed away Wednesday, August 23rd, 1995.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Deborah
Anne Pannell of Monroe; daughters, Miss Janet Pannell and Mrs. Rhonda
P.
Jackson, both of Monroe; son-in-law, Mr. Tony Jackson of Monroe;
mother, Mrs.
Leona Pannell of Monroe; sister, Mrs. Emily Boyd; brothers, Mr. Coleman
Pannell
and Mr. Neal Pannell, all of Monroe and Mr. Roger Pannell of Jefferson;
aunt,
Mrs. Naomi Snow of Monroe.
Funeral services were held Saturday,
August 26th, 1995 at 11 a.m. from the chapel of the Meadows Funeral
Home with
Rev. Travis Adams officiating.
In lieu
of flowers,
the family has requested that donations be made to Ga. Mountains
Hospice, Inc.,

Mr.
Robert A. “Bob” Caylor, age 68, of
Blairsville, Georgia, formerly of Marietta, Georgia, passed away
Saturday,
August 26, 1995 in Union General Hospital in Blairsville.
Mr. Caylor was a native of Whitfield
County, Georgia, but had lived in the Blairsville area for four years,
coming
there from Marietta. He was a veteran of
the U.S. Air Force and served during World War II.
Mr. Caylor was a past master of Myer Hart
Lodge, of Kennesaw, and was a member of Allegheny Masonic Lodge F &
AM in
Blairsville at the time of his death.
Surviving is his wife, Mrs. Willa
Ensley Caylor, of Blairsville; daughters, Phyllis Franklin Roberts of
Mabelton,
Georgia, and Connie Grace Payton of Savannah Georgia; and son, Jimmy
Marion
Reece, of Denton, Texas; sister, Dimple Ellis of Tunnell Hill, GA; nine
grandchildren, three great grandchildren and nieces, nephews, and
friends also
survive.
Funeral services were held Monday,
August 28, 1995 at 2 p.m. from the Chapel of Cochran Funeral Home of
Blairsville with Rev. Troy Acre (sic) and Rev. Bobby Stroud officiating. Music was presented by the Nottely River Boys
and Cathy Stroud and Patsy Davenport.
Members of Myer Hart Masonic Lodge of Kennesaw served as
pallbearers,
and also presented Masonic Graveside Rites.
Military Honors were conferred by members of the North Georgia
Honor
Guard. Interment was in Union memory
Garden Cemetery in Blairsville. In lieu
of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to Owltown Church of
God in
Blairsville.
