Archie B. Collins, age 63, native and lifelong resident of Blairsville,
Georgia, passed away Wednesday, October 15, 2003 at his home following an
extended illness.
Mr.
Collins was born in

are his wife, Myrtle Garrett Collins, of the home; daughter and son-in-law,
Cindy and Ricky Manus; son and daughter-in-law, Benny and Carol Collins, all of
Blairsville; brothers, Jim Collins and Vaughn Dyer, both of Blairsville;
sisters, Irene Robinson and Maver Swanson, both of Young Harris; two
grandchildren, Blake Manus and Andrew Collins; many other relatives and friends
also survive.

Minnie Lou Murphy, age 81, of
Surviving
Mrs. Murphy are her loving husband of sixty years, Willie Murphy, of
Blairsville; two sons and daughters-in-law, Charles and Edith Murphy of
Blairsville, Bud and Diane Murphy of Blairsville; one brother and
sister-in-law, James and Erica Underwood of Dahlonega; two sisters and one
brother-in-law, Ailene and Julian Stephens of Young Harris, Christine Tipton of
Blairsville; four grandchildren, Shane, Daniel, Steven and Lydia Murphy; one
great-grandchild, Taylor Michelle Murphy; many other relatives and friends also
survive.

Pauline Thomas Collins, age 90, of
Surviving
Mrs. Collins are one daughter and son-in-law, Anita and Herbert Dyer of
Blairsville; two sons and one daughter-in-law, F.C. and Shelley Collins of
Blairsville, Randall Collins of Blairsville; two sisters, Vina Cook and Mae
Pendland, both of Blairsville; daughter-in-law, Joan Collins of Blairsville;
thirteen grandchildren, twenty three great grandchildren; many other relatives
and friends also survive.
Funeral
services were held on Saturday, October 18, 2003 from the Old Liberty Baptist
church with the Rev. Harley Hunter and Rev. Jerry Young Officiating. Special music was presented by Deborah
Collins and the Old Liberty Church Choir.
