Mr. Fields are his ex-wife, Christine Matheson Fields of Young Harris;

sons and daughter-in-laws, Ronnie and Vickie Fields of Young Harris,

Lisa Fields of Blue Ridge, Richard and Mary Ann Fields of Hayesville;

brother, Atle Fields; two sisters, Cora Mull and Eloise Johnson, all of
Gastonia, NC; five grandchildren, two great grandchildren, many other
