To The United Daughters Of The Confederacy.
The undersigned, residing in or near Culloden,
Monroe, Co. Ga. Who is an ex-Confederate soldier,
and a member of Camp No. ___ U.C. Vs., hereby, at
your request, presents this Certificate of
Eligibility for a Confederate Cross of Honor. He
entered the service of the Confederate States on the
__ day of July 1861, as a PRIVATE in Company I- 6
Ga. Reg't of the Co. I 32 GA. Regiment of GA.
Volunteers
For The War C.S.A. and was at that time a resident
of UPSON County, Ga. He was honorably discharged
from service by SURRENDER on the 26, Day of April
1865, at which time he held rank of PRIVATE.
