Mr. W. W. Sharpe, Jr., the youngest real estate dealer in
Waycross owns some very desirable land, 30 acres, suitable for truck farming particularly, one and one half miles north
from the court house, which he places on the market for $100 per acre.
He also controls some very fine timbered lands throughout
this whole section of country; also controls lots on Elizabeth and McDonald streets, one of the best
residential portions of
the city, 125 feet fronting on Elizabeth Street and 110 feet deep.
Mr. Sharpe, Jr., does a general real estate business;
has listed the most desirable suburban and farm property on the market and lots in every addition in Waycross, improved and
unimproved.
Subject of this sketch also does a big business in fire
Insurance. He represents several of the best old line companies.
