Warren County Lookups
The following persons have volunteered to do
lookups from various books and records they may own. Look-up requests
must be about a person or people who lived or had an event in
their lives take place in Warren County, GA. Please make your
request as specific as possible. Due to the volume of mail these folks receive,
they cannot respond to requests for anything you
might have on the Jones family. We look forward to helping!
If you would like to become a Warren County Lookup
Volunteer, please let us know. And, if you find "links" on
this page that are NOT working, please let us know that too. Thanks!!
Georgia Marriages
Janet Sargeant Carpenter
Will provide look-ups from Georgia Marriages 1811 Through 1820.
Birth Records
I am sorry to report that the state of GA did not begin registration of births or deaths until 1919. A
limited attempt was made to begin this process in 1875; most people did not comply, and the effort was abandoned. There were a
few counties that made an effort; those records are available
from the state archives
page, however, Warren County was not among them.
